This Privacy Policy explains how DLRBoost LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with the DLRBoost website, software platform, customer offer pages, email workflows, payment workflows, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
DLRBoost may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Dealer account information, such as dealership name, contact names, work emails, phone numbers, billing details, logo URLs, and settings.
- Dealer user information, such as names, emails, roles, login credentials, and session data.
- Customer information uploaded or imported by dealerships, such as customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, VINs, vehicle details, sold dates, product information, odometer details, selection data, and payment workflow status.
- Payment-related information processed through Stripe. DLRBoost does not store full payment card numbers.
- Email engagement and workflow information, such as offer status, sent dates, checkout status, and customer submission status.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser information, device information, logs, cookies, and usage data.
2. How We Use Information
DLRBoost uses information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the platform; manage dealer accounts; import and process customer data; generate offer pages, email campaigns, checkout links, and reporting; process payments; provide support; and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
3. Dealer Customer Data
Dealerships own the customer data they upload or import into DLRBoost. DLRBoost processes that data on behalf of the dealership to provide the platform and related services.
The dealership is responsible for ensuring it has the lawful right to collect, upload, import, use, and contact customers through DLRBoost.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
DLRBoost uses third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers may include Stripe, SendGrid, Supabase, Render, Google Workspace, Vimeo, and other vendors used for security, analytics, support, and operations.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
DLRBoost may use cookies and similar technologies to support login sessions, security, product functionality, analytics, and user experience.
6. Email Communications
DLRBoost may send emails on behalf of dealerships, including customer offer emails, checkout emails, payment confirmation emails, user setup emails, password reset emails, and workflow notifications.
Commercial emails should include required identification and opt-out mechanisms as applicable. Dealerships remain responsible for contact permissions and lawful messaging.
7. Data Security
DLRBoost uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Retention
DLRBoost retains information as needed to provide the services, support dealership operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain business records.
9. Data Export and Deletion
Upon termination, dealerships may request export or deletion of dealership customer data, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, accounting, and operational retention needs.
10. Consumer Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, consumers may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. Because DLRBoost processes dealership customer data on behalf of dealerships, customer requests may need to be directed to the applicable dealership.
11. Children’s Privacy
DLRBoost is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
DLRBoost may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
