Dealer Agreement

Official agreement:
The current DLRBoost Dealer Agreement is maintained on
the secure DLRBoost application website. The application
version is the controlling online version unless a
separately signed Dealer Agreement or Order Form states
otherwise.
The Dealer Agreement governs dealership subscriptions, launch and setup fees, pilot terms, billing, cancellation, dealership responsibilities, customer data processing, security, confidentiality, payment workflows, support, offboarding, and limitations of liability.
Dealership-specific pricing, pilot terms, implementation scope, or negotiated terms may also appear in an Order Form, subscription checkout, invoice, or separately signed agreement.
